I'm finally sitting down to write about my date with the Exercise Physiology and Human Performance Laboratory. I can't believe it's been a week and a half. Cripes. Fair warning, this is a long one. It's a long post, so if you don't want to read the whole thing, the short version is: I need to go slower, if I want to get faster. And I need to lay off the M&Ms (actually, that one's all me.
